It truly was a great experience. The staff was lovely and we will be back.
-
Friendly service and bright room. The best thing is location - magnificent! Delightful and amazing food. Moreover, we could park our car on-site. All in all it was attractive and competitive value for money, considering prices in Benidorm.

The facilities are very clean and there are 3 pools, one of them with a slide, mats, play, wii ... where children enjoyed a lot and good food very varied and quite where to choose, all the staff of the hotel fantastic always with a smile in the mouth and a great treatment, much animation for both adults and children. We didn't leave the hotel for a week and were able to rest, which is what we wanted, and have fun. I have to emphasize that it is a very familiar hotel and a very quiet area where you can not hear noise or drunk people and about 10 minutes from the beach ... The day of departure we left the room at 12 but the all inclusive drinks, conida entered us until the time of departure we left more or less at 19h that in few hotels do. When we can, we will surely come back.
I liked everything.

The hotel has met expectations, very tasty and varied food, not far from the beach, near the supermarket of mercadon. The staff was attentive, comfortable beds, often changed bed linens.
Not all the dishes are clean, the coffee is not good.
-
The food in the buffet breakfast was excellent
Spa: sauna not organised in the Finnish way'no possibility to cool down quickly with cold water from a hose. No warm foot baths either.

Family group of 7, daughter and 3 children (11,5,3), daughters father in law, myself and wife. First impression VERY clean. All staff friendly. Buffet choice and quantity superb, if you can’t find something you liked don’t know where you were looking. Mini disco, play area and pools enjoyed by grandchildren. Entertainment pretty good, seen worse on cruise ships. Normal all inclusive card drinks sufficient for us, didn’t need to upgrade. Would highly recommend Princesa for family holidays and would have no hesitation to return.
Someone will find some I’m sure, but we were more than happy.

reseption support, restourant staff, entertainment, mini-disco.

Hotel is not a 4 star, Rooms are cold and not clean, Asked twice for heating but no response. mirrors dirty, bins not emptied from previous guests staying. Plaster and paint coming off walls. no english tv. small thin towels in bathroom. paid for car park extra but could not use it as it was too small and full.
-
The food was excellent and the choice on offer was plentiful. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
We were on the first floor and found it to be on the noisy side but this was due to inconsiderate guests not the hotel.
-
nice hotel well situated good food value for money
-
Friendly helpful staff and central location, able to leave luggage on last day, nice swimming pool.
Don't expect the food to be gourmet - fairly average buffets for breakfast and dinner.
-
We could walk to the beach and into the old town which was lovely and a side to Benidorm we were never expecting. The style of the hotel was older but well maintained with lots of atmosphere and lovely pool area.
Pool quite cold but that is the time of the year. Balcony could do with some attention.
-
the hotel was an easy stroll from the beach and the town centre, the pool was lovely, nice having a balcony. Lots of fresh fruit available at meal times
the lifts were slow and small. The room was small and tv reception poor but this wasnt much of an issue as we spent little time in there anyway. The puddings looked nice but were always bland. The beds were a little hard.

I liked everything, for the moment we checked in,till check out.Nothing to complained about.Very, very satisfied:)))))
This is not something I disliked, more suggestion,to put coffee and thee amenities in the rooms!

I liked the room with the balcony. The airconditioned worked well too.The indoor pool is heated at 32 degrees witch is pleasant. You have to pay 5 euros to use it although you get one free entrance per stay.I had a wonderful massage there. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a big one behind the hotel that is so convenient for families.
I did not like the food at the hotel.I recommend breakfast only as they are plenty of restaurants 5mn walk from the hotel. The hotel is located about 10 to 15mn walk from the beach whcih is a bit far to walk in the heat....the lifts are often very busy ( up to 15mn waiting time)so I would advise asking for a low floor so it is easier to use the stairs.
